Mission

Marketing Consult is the latest Business Unit to be developed by Vandycke & Partners. Besides the traditional requests for interim management: delays in RA procedures, maternity leaves, budget freezes, it has become obvious that the industry is being confronted with a new Business Model.

This new model is focussed on efficient solutions within ever shortening deadlines whilst remaining within budget.

Respecting timeframes becomes crucial and this often means companies need assistance. all of these create the need for additional resources and specialist consultants to take over or assist at times.

Our pool of consultants - from associate to master profiles offers our clients a large pallet of experience, reflecting the traditional business and therapeutic areas, but also covers emerging (niche) markets and/or therapeutic areas.

Thanks to our consultants’ network; in getting access to all relevant decision makers and advocates, they will facilitate client brand development and strengthen communication strategies.

They have excellent track records in KOL management, Sales Support, product launching & co marketing. They are talented marketeers in various therapeutic areas who are used to prepare and execute marketing plans, with experience in creating promotional material & training the field force.
